This website is run by Aexion Solutions Limited (“Aexion”, “we”, “us”), a software development company registered in Nigeria (RC 1682764), at Plot 114 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria. We build software for businesses and make the RavenXpress and TEMS platforms.

• RavenXpress and TEMS each have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you accept when you sign up. Those agreements, not these website terms, cover your use of each product and the data you put into it.
• Client projects are covered by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Proposals, estimates and messages sent through this website are not a contract until that agreement is signed.
• Nothing on this website is an offer to provide delivery, logistics, export or trade services.

You may use this website for any lawful purpose. Please don't:

• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the contact form;
• send spam, harmful code or unlawful content through the contact form;
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

Please don't send confidential information through this website. Anything you send us through the website or the contact form is not treated as confidential unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you.

We may already be working on, or may later develop, ideas similar to yours. If you'd like to share something confidential, ask us for an NDA first.

This is about business ideas and information. It doesn’t change how we protect your personal information, which our Privacy Policy explains.

The text, images, logos and designs on this website, and the Aexion Solutions, RavenXpress and TEMS names and logos, belong to Aexion Solutions Limited or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share links to our pages, but please don't copy, republish or adapt our content or use our names and logos without our written permission.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise that every page is complete, up to date or always online. The website is general information about us, not professional advice.
