1. Who we are
This website is run by Aexion Solutions Limited (“Aexion”, “we”, “us”), a software development company registered in Nigeria (RC 1682764), at Plot 114 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria. We are the data controller for the information described here: we decide how it is used, and we are responsible for protecting it under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

6. Where your information goes
Some of these companies process information outside Nigeria, including in Europe and the United States. When they do, we make sure your information stays protected, using the safeguards the NDPA allows, such as contracts that require each company to protect your information to the standard Nigerian law expects.
7. How long we keep it
- Spam-protection codes made from IP addresses are deleted within about an hour of your last message, or sooner if the system restarts.
- This website has no database. Your message lives only in our email inbox.
- Your enquiry
- A general or project enquiry that doesn't lead to work
- How long we plan to keep it
- 2 years after our last contact with you, then deleted

9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we no longer need it;
- give you a copy of the information you gave us in a common electronic format, or send it to another organisation;
- restrict or stop a particular use of it, or object to it;
- withdraw any consent you gave.
To ask, email hello@aexionsolutions.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, and we will reply within the time the law allows. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), or, if you are in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
10. Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
11. Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections. The contact form checks every message, limits how many messages one visitor can send, and quietly discards spam. The keys used to send email are kept out of the website's code. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects you we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
